"I bought this drink after having a frozen coffee from a different merchant in hopes that Bigby could offer the same sweetness and saltiness of Caramel with the nostalgia flavors of white chocolate but neither of the flavors came through and the drink was completely separated tasting like watered down coffee grounds. I had to try and doctor it up myself. Honestly I still couldn't save it and at a total of $11 I am sad to say I won't be ordering a frozen coffee from Bigby again unless I can talk to them in store.

They left it too long bc the cheese wasn't melted, it was 'cooked'. Honestly, I could've gotten better at a fast food place for less money."
