The mild sauce is unique in the sense that instead of using a mild buffallo sauce, they use a slightly zinggy ketchup based sauce. Now for the unfortunate bad; VERY light on seasoning, like aggressively so, the LARGE LIVER unfortunately was INCREDIBLY chewy to the point where it hurt my fathers teeth along with my own, and as a big guy who has had fried liver for many years it was very overcooked, or the more likely thing would be they accidentally sent gizzards instead. "The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Crab Rangoons are tasty, but they just look like little pirogis (not a complaint, just an observation). Although they have two different types of Edamame , I always get the regular ones. I tried the other one, but I thought it was just too much, especially since you only eat the beans inside.
