They did not disappoint on temp and the steak held up on delivery. However, the cajun seasoning made it taste like a salt lick. Add the blue cheese and the flavor of the filet is completely lost . A huge disappointment when you spend close to 60 bucks for a prime cut of meat . If I had been at the restaurant, I'd have sent it back for the espresso crusted one. Perhaps that is better with less salt content. The only way youll like this is if your taste buds like everything you eat to taste like salt instead of the food it seasons.
Having said that, metro north is a good bet on quality food, cuts of meat, and correct cooking temp. But they really need to adjust seasoning. Its
