"I've gotten this place on a few different occasions and all I can say is I'm conflicted. I love the idea of a drive through dessert spot that also does coffees and energy drinks. Everything LOOKS and SMELLS good, decent portion sizes, and you can tell they put a lot of care into the presentation of the food. However, the food and drinks I've gotten from here has been subpar in taste. The espresso taste like it was bought premade from the store, and the mini pancakes taste like the premade frozen ones you buy in the frozen section. They use some sort of artificial sweetener in their coffee (specifically the iced cookie butter latte) and it can leave an aftertaste.
That being said, the cookie butter MILKSHAKE? Forget everything else I said, THAT, is perfection in a plastic cup. 10/10 no notes on that drink.

However, last July when my uncle was here we ordered our usuals and it fell flat of our expectations. I was embarrassed because I had told him how amazing the food was here and it was not that good. I threw away our left overs (we always eat our left overs).
The next time in September, I picked up a half cheese and the other half had sausage, mushroom and onion. We ate it at the concert in the park. It was so good and it met with approval with my Milan, Italian exchange student.
Almost a year later in May, we ordered the equal with sausage, pepperoni and ricotta and garlic. Extreme amount of garlic. Even though it was minced garlic, it was place in chunks on the pizza. It did not enhance the pizza. Way way too much garlic. Gross. Crust ok but not great, sauce ok, but nothing to say that makes this place stand out or makes you want to order from here. What happened to this place? It used to be amazing- like comparable to NYC Bleeker Street pizza amazing. Did they change staff?"

I ordered the strawberry custard banana whip crepe, which I've ordered in the past. The crepe felt hard, like it has been sitting for a while, and a strange crispy texture like sugar that wasn't fully incorporated into the batter. There were also no strawberries at all, which was pretty disappointing. Hopefully won't be like this in the future."

I remember thinking "how can you mess up lox and cream cheese?" You can just tell there's not great food being worked with there. Probably not the fault of whomever physically made it.
