"I wanted to try something new from Sasuke Ramen and went with the Spicy Tonkotsu (Kimchi Ramen) / Spicy Tonkotsu (Kimchi Ramen) / キムチ豚骨ラーメン. It wasn't my favorite, but that's solely based on me being a "retired" picky eater! It was indeed pretty yummy though and very flavorful! The broth was delicious, the noodles were cooked well, and the eggs were amazing per usual! I wasn't a huge fan of the meat though, as it was pretty fatty, but I'm assuming it could've just been a one-off thing, as many of their dishes that contain the pork chasu have great reviews, so it's most likely a me thing! If you have a palate more advanced than a 10-year-old’s, I think this would definitely be a favorite! The portion was sizable as it typically is with all of their ramen, and they always put the broth on the side so the ingredients don't get mushy and stay fresh! I have also typically had special instructions when ordering and they have always been acknowledged. They're one of my favorite restaurants here in Rapid, and I will be ordering again! I love their Dan Dan ramen, and the dishes they serve have allowed me to be more adventurous with my food and still enjoy eating it even if it isn't my favorite! "
