"We had two orders of Pozole. One was awesome! Loaded with plenty of meat and hominy, really good flavor, and lots of fixings. The other also was loaded and had good flavor. Only it also had a very large bone and lots of large strips of fat. Really disappointing. The side of rice was very good! I could eat that all day! Overall, I'd order both the pozole and rice again. Next time, I'll specify no bones or large strips of fat. "
