Beef with Orange Peel is my go to Manu item in any Chinese Restaurant. it supposed to be Crispy texture as is breaded then fried to a crisp, and then introduced to the Spicy Orange Flavor Sauce. but this was soggy, cause was not fried enough and the breading wasn't fully cooked and not spicy, & bland to taste. Not Recommended.
