"I decided to try this place mainly because I love Halo-Halos. I wanted to see if this place compared to the others. Unfortunately, the Halo-Halo had barely any sweetened fruits and beans at all, it was just a glorified sno-cone. It was mostly just a cup of ice. "The SOPA DE RES was delicious. The broth was tasty, the beef (short ribs) was extremely tender, and the vegetables were al dente. The YUCA CON CHICHARRONES - also well fried and tasty. FRIJOL CON QUESO pupusa was also good. Food was hot. I also love the vinaigrette flavored "cole slaw" a the tang works well with the pork. Soup also comes with plain pupusas. Overall, a nice spread that will yield 3 meals! "
