"The last several times we have ordered after 5 years of of using the restaurant, items are consistently missing or incorrect. Tonight alone the wrong sandwich was sent, and a dessert item was missing entirely. The food was cold. The sandwich that did arrive was bland and VERY cold. The last we ordered a hoagie the bread quality-- once the main reason we ordered here-- was bland and less than fresh. It is far from the first time in the last year alone these sorts of issue have happened. We have not always complained but it has gotten quite excessive. Quality and service feels as if it has steadily declined, and it is immensely disappointing because we have ordered here since we moved into the area. With expenses as they are, we understand maybe some quality changes were needed, but likewise we cannot keep disposing of such expense here for that very quality. The Cajun Chicken Penne had bacon on it which was requested to be omitted and the Chili Mac was absent of chili and sour cream. It had about twenty pinto beans and a few green onions and that was it.
