I just take half of it out and put it into a bowl to eat and save the other half for the next day. Then, I used to heat up the meat and beans, put them on the lettuce and add the tomatoes and cheese on top. Now, if I heat it up, the tomatoes and lettuce get warm and the lettuce wilts (ick), or I have to eat it with cold meat and refried beans. Neither option works well. The cheese, that melted on top the last time, has now solidified into one big mass that I have to cut into with a knife. The Chips & Queso are great, as always. I just transfer the queso into a microwave safe container to warm up again."

"Everything was very good. I am addicted to the Queso. The Baja Salad is plenty big enough for two meals. I'll have the rest of it for lunch tomorrow. My son joined me for dinner and enjoyed the Classic Tacos. We like the tortilla chips with the Tiki dust."
