Vegan Cheese Sticks: My excitement waned upon opening the box to find the vegan cheese sticks disappointingly small, measuring around 3"x6". The online description promised two marinara sauces, yet only one was provided. While I appreciate the effort to accommodate vegans, it was disheartening that marinara was the sole vegan sauce option. As someone who values variety and inclusion, I hoped for alternatives like vegan ranch or pesto. For those seeking pizza sticks or vegan pizza in general, I'd recommend Toppers in Uptown. Their exceptional offerings, including diverse sauce choices and attentive service, consistently impress.
Tots: The tots at D.P. Dough elicited a similar sentiment of disappointment. While I understand the appeal of budget-friendly options, the meager portion—merely 20 tots—was underwhelming. I thought for a moment that the tots might redeem themselves when I saw a big ramekin of what appeared to be a white sauce. However, my optimism was short-lived as I tasted what turned out to be a very plain white sauce, unsuitable for vegans or those with lactose intolerance. Trust me, do not learn this the way I did. This oversight, albeit unintentional, detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the provision of a handful of ketchup packets did little to enhance the meal. I'd recommend Tots from Iron Door- for the last 5 years they just haven't been beat for price, quantity and flavor!
Lastly, the restaurant's policy of disallowing any notes or substitutions to be made online was inconvenient. As someone who prefers the ease of online ordering, I found this restriction to be a hindrance, especially considering my dietary preferences.

The Good: Everything tasted great, especially the fries and onion rings. All the components of the sandwiches WERE tasty, all of them. The burnt ends brisket were obviously well cooked. It was almost exactly as tasty as it was if we made these sandwiches at home.
The Bad: All the sandwiches were poorly constructed and scant. Nobody felt like they got what they expected or paid for. Everything was sparse, dry, thoughtlessly thrown together. Literally one piece of spinach on the Feelin' Groovy.
Though we could tell that certain aspects were quality (especially the brisket, fries, and onion rings) it was also clear that they were skimping and cutting corners.

"The Chocolate Cream Donut donut was packaged very carefully so it didn't get squished and the chocolatw cream was light and not too sweet so it was very balanced. The Iced Pistachio Cloud Latte had a tamper seal over it which I really appreciate and was super yummy. Curry Croquette was super flavorful and wasn't very spicy so if you don't like heat its a good option. Everything was fresh and very high quality so I would for sure order again 😋"

"I have had multiple peopletell me to try these pierogi and I can see why. All the perogi were big and stuffed well. Excellent portion size. The Mushroom and Sauerkraut Pierogi were delicious and I wish I had gotten more than 1 of each. The Meat Pierogi was good but my least favorite of all four varieties. The Potato Cheese Pierogi was outstanding, and the horseradish sour cream and onions really brought it all together. The Potato Leek (v,gf)soup was my favorite thing I got. So comforting, and made the way I make it at home with whole leek and potato pieces. Not puréed like many versions of the soup are. I am a big fan and will definitely order again."
