"I have been into Lassen's several times and have never had an issue with the Kitchen. Today I ordered my (Vegan) Soyrizo Breakfast Burrito and it was NOT made fresh for my DoorDash order. It was one that was prepped earlier today and left under the warmer. The hash browns and one side of the burrito were hard. Highly disappointed that I even paid the higher price for the fresh made burrito and received one from the warmer that was clearly priced lower on the sticker. "

"We used to order here all the time and it was great. This time it was bad. The Baked Potato was small and barely cooked. The Mac 'N' Cheese Cup was just soupy and my kid wouldn't even eat it and she eats all Mac. The Garden Salad had so many things just wrong. I will say the Homemade Baked Beans were great and the Garlic Bread was good although way overpriced for 2 little slices. The tri-tip was just OK. I hope this was just a bad day for them cuz we used to love this place. We might try again to see."
