"I rather not to give any star. I paid over 20 dollars for a burrito bowl only with three pieces of chicken meat, under cooked rice and little beans and little cheese, the whole amount of food doesn't even fill one third of the bowl. What a horrible food experience. "

"Always so good! I tried this water today , its great! I actually was waiting for water on the menu! Very happy!! My white mocha is ALWAYS PERFECT! I appreciate my loval PEETS and all the employees! "
"Egg White, Tomato & Feta Frittata was tasty but packaged without care making it unappetizing. the soft, tasty, slightly creamy on the inside frittata is just shoved into a paper bag like a donut and then part of it sticks to the bag. just because it's delivery, people on the receiving end do expect and appreciate a little care in presentation. Starbucks is not as tasty but I prefer theirs since I'm given utensils and it comes in a little tray package. eating a frittata with my hands out of a smooshed paper bag - no thanks. "I love Tacos El Chuy!!! They are my favorite taco place in Santa Cruz. The vegetarian tacos are phenomenal - they have a very bright flavor which I enjoy, and the avocado is always fresh! Even the tortilla itself is bursting with flavor. Such a great meal for such a cheap price! Love you guys!!"
"This spot has single handedly gotten me through my last couple quarters of school. My go tos are Taco Tripa, Taco Asada, and Papi Chulo. The asada is always well-seasoned, the tripa is cooked just right, and the Papi Chulo is easily one of my favorite menu items...
I’m graduating in a couple of weeks, and one of the things I’ll genuinely miss is being able to order these delicious and affordable tacos after a long day of classes/studies. This place has been a small but meaningful part of my college experience, and I’ll always associate it with some of my favorite memories from school.
If you’re looking for great tacos and consistently delicious food, I can’t recommend this spot enough. Thank you for helping get me through college one taco at a time! 🌮❤️"

"Overall the quality was fine but just not that great when there are so many other better Taqueria's in Santa Cruz. Most of the meat was fairly bland, the proportions of toppings to tortilla were just wrong, and it just left a lot to be desired. The Carnita's was probably the best of the ones we got, but it was overshadowed but the insane amount of cheese melted betweeen the 2 corn torillas (what is this Taco Bell?) and the plethora of cabbage. The highlight of the meal was the chips and the salsas. Both were very good and probably would have been happier with just that. I would give it a 3 out of 5 stars. Not neccisarily bad but very lack luster and dissapointing."

"Pretty sure they use AI images for their menu photos because the food looks nothing like this, not even the same ingredients. I got the Rockfish Burrito and it was huge (yay!) but it was almost entirely beans and rice. The fish was barely noticable, not big chunks like the photo but small flakey pieces and it was very dry and chewy. I ate about 1/4 of the burrito thinking they had sent me just a bean and cheese because I didn't taste any fish or pineapple. There was almost no flavor to the burrito at all and the tortilla fell apart. The Onion Rings were also huge in potion but it was all one giant greasy onion blob. Not really rings at all and a little burnt. Again, nothing like the photo, not even the same kind of batter. Really disappointing and expensive for the low quality food I received."

"GLUTEN FREE! Ordered sweet, chicken with red sauce, and pork. Arrived warm still Pork tamales hands down the best of the three but other two are good too. As others have stated, these tamales are decent sized, maybe double what you'd find in SF mission district. Even still, I easily put down three in one sitting. Lol the right pork to tamal ratio. They offer Tapatio. I'll definitely order again next time I'm back in Santa Cruz. "
"This is the pork red chile , the filling has good flavor the masa is soft . Good size large tamales ,well filled My masa was a little under cooked , not a game changer but it does make the flavor of the masa a bit bitter . We were RV'ing it out it in the microwave and problem solved. Would buy again ."

"Tres leches latte was sooo good! Based on other reviews, I added a shot vanilla and it was perfect (I like sweet).
Breakfast sandwiches with bacon was generous portion. The hubs and teenage son ordered it on sourdough, which comes slightly grilled.
Chocolate Croissant was delicious! Lots of chocolate, would definitely come back!"
"The latte was good but the avocado toast was super bland. The bread was soggy and tasted old, and there was an obscene amount of tomatoes added on top which I ordered this before and it has a couple of them not a whole ton like today. Also, there was a light smudge of avocado on one of the breads. It just wasn't consistent with previous orders, this one was not good."

"My favorite soft and chewy decadent bagel. Amazing flavors and options. I'm a plain girlie. So delicious."
"I've gotten this burrito before and it was good but damn was it nasty this time. Eggs and chorizo dry and crusty as hell. Way too many green onions and they weren't mixed in, just piled on. This was truly a bizarre experience to eat. It was also way bigger last time I got it"
