Being a first time customer, and with our usual breakfast experience from most restaurants in town, we weren't expecting much. However, we were quickly proven wrong. We wound up with more food than the two of us could eat in one meal and it was flavorful without being too salty or greasy. I especially loved the salsa verde. We can't wait to try the other quesadillas from this restaurant. In one meal, it immediately became one of our favorites."
"While the Cheesy Fire Roasted Corn was good, there was an embarrassingly small amount of it for $5 a piece. One barely covered the bottom of the small takeout box, the other didn't even do that. They were out of the brownie, so I agreed to allow the substitution of a chocolate muffin. That muffin was old and so dry that I could not even choke down half of it. Not a good experience tonight."

"The Uncle Jesse burger was off the chain good. The meat was so tender and juicy. The slaw was creamy so delicious. Fried Mushrooms were small but the breading was on point and peared very nicely with the ranch. I will be ordering again everything again. I highly recommend."

"The Big Mic was a new one I tried this time. it's great but the burger is a beast so be hungry. The Good and Loaded Fries are a beast all of its own. true to its name it is Good and Loaded. you can't miss with this. the DB's Ratatat Tatty Melt was a nice rendition of a patty melt all of the food is truly awesome!"

The hand cut fries that came with it, although plentiful, were disappointedly limp and greasey. Also, the fries were really short, making it almost impossible to dip them in the excellent home made ketchup. I finally resorted to getting a fork, and if you need utensils for a burger and fries you're doing it wrong. The Nanner Shake was delicious, but small. Considering the generosity with the size of the burger and fries, it was certainly a let down. Overall, a bit of an uneven experience, especially considering the price. I'm willing to pay a premium for locally owned and obviously hand made food, but those fries--maybe I'll get the onion rings next time. The burger by itself is worth the price. I'll probably pass on the shake next time. It's good but $7 for a 12 Oz shake it better be the best shake I've ever had and it wasn't. Good, but not great."
