"I was pleasantly surprised by Bubb's BBQ, which operates out of the Daisy Diner Ghost Kitchen. I ordered a cornbread muffin, mashed potatoes, and baked beans. For my proteins, I chose the combo with ribs, beef brisket, and Andouille ( 1 Piece ). Everything was seasoned so flavorfully! By the time it got to me, it was still warm, and I bit into tender meat with a pleasant slightly crisped edge. Ribs - The star!! The portion size they give you is more than worth it. This was my favorite of the proteins. Seasoned just enough to act as a perfect vehicle for BBQ sauce, but could also hold its own! Brisket - the portion was smaller than I anticipated at four slices, but the strip of fat at the edge balanced the tender, smoked beef perfectly. Andouille sausage - BBQ'd and smoked to bring out the flavor of the meat and the texture of the casing. With the baked beans, the sausage was the perfect salty counterpart. Mashed potatoes - Buttery and creamy with a hint of garlic. Baked Beans - 100% recommend these. Not too sweet. Made with chunks of smoked pork. Corn Bread Muffin (Gluten Free) - this was the only item I wasn't enamored with but that's simply due to personal preference. I expected a nice, gritty texture with a bit of crunch at the edges. This style of corn bread was very soft. Overall, I'd definitely order from Bubb's again!"

The portions were good, but wish they gave more of the sea bass as they only gave a few pieces. We've had better atchara elsewhere, and the rice had big chunky pieces (meaning not fried well) and was a tad oily. Pork barbecue was just okay. Wish the meat was softer and juicier. Also our first time to try the Taho Soybean Dessert. Seems like the ratio of the tofu and the sugar syrup was not correct - too little sugar syrup was given, with only a few sago too. For some reason, the taho tasted a little sour... not sure why. A little pricey as well. We'll try other other items next time, but probably won't get the taho again."
