"While the pancakes for both Original Grand Slam® and Lumberjack Slam® are good, the portions for the sides on both meals are really small and look to be half of what you'd get while dining in, but you're paying almost double online for it. With our Soft Drinks, Husband ordered raspberry tea which tasted carbonated and sour, while I ordered a Dr. Pepper that got swapped with a Coke with no notice. If Dr. Pepper was unavailable, no one notified me so I could swap it for another drink as I would've preferred to swap it for Sprite or sweet tea. I typically order earlier in the night between 7pm-10:30pm which I've received better service and portions from that time. However I ordered later around 12:15am/12:30am and I guess it's a different shift so the quality didn't really feel nearly as good as the earlier afternoon/nightshift gives. I'll order again, but only during the earlier afternoon-nighttime hours, and probably stay away from the overnight shift hours."

I ordered from this place daily but when I can't make it to the store, I order online everything is made to the order and constantly tasting amazing. If you order a food item it is typically still very warm when you receive it. My favorite drink from here is called a mango tango but you can only order it like that in person. Someone mentioned that the size of the $16 pancakes was the same as a child size, so I ordered one of each. You can see they are definitely the same size. "Ordered the crepe cake and the carrot cake. I was especially excited about trying the Lova Crepe Cake but unfortunately disappointed with it. First, I ordered two slices of cake and for some reasons the cake slices were both thrown in one box together. I felt they should've and would've appreciated them being packaged separately. That said it wasn't a super big deal but man that crepe cake slice was tiny, not at all like the online picture. I have very small hands and included a pic for size comparison. At this point I'm thinking "please let this taste like heaven"...and it misses the mark there for me as well. It has a somewhat bland but slight hint of sweetness to it. It's not a bad taste but nothing about it was crave worthy to me. I do appreciate that the sweetness is subtle instead of so sweet that it's overpowering but there really was no significant flavor to it and I'm afraid the spongy wet texture stood out more than any flavor profile it offered. I really wanted to love this and while I didn't dislike it-it's not something I'd order again or really recommend to a friend. "
