"This was my second time ordering from this soul food spot in town, and they’ve officially earned a permanent place on my favorites list! The food arrived hot, fresh, and so full of flavor. I ordered the whiting fish with cabbage and green beans, plus an extra side of potato salad. The portions were generous, and everything was seasoned perfectly — just like true home-cooked soul food. Someone's seasoned grandmother has got to be in that kitchen.
I also ordered the lemon pound cake, but a very kind young man from the restaurant called to let me know they were out. Instead, he sent me their peach cobbler pound cake, and wow… it was absolutely out of this world! That thoughtful customer service and amazing food really set them apart.
If you’re looking for delicious soul food with great portions and excellent service, this is definitely the place to try. I’ll be ordering again soon!"
