"I ordered a Seolleongtang . the picture and the food that arrived is deception at best. look at the side dishes in the picture. that is not what you get at all. I got 2 pieces of kimchi, 2 onions(missing the peppers, which is the actual side dish), one long fish cake, 5 cucumbers(sliced in half, so 2.5 cucumber slices, a pinch of glass noodles. the soup was already peppered and salted. which is not very korean. and a side of rice that I finished in 3 scoops. what you see is not what you get.
I've never felt so unkorean."

Their in person customer service is well as the freshness of delivery is 💯 hot and fresh every time. My newest favorite is the S5. Doenjang Jjigae, it's perfectly salty and a little spicy. "Quite a surprise of flavors. Ordered the C3. Chicken+pork and it was so much food. A nice variety as well. Took some time to try all the items packaged in the combo. Added a Thai Tea which does have the boba Thai flavor as opposed to your true traditional flavors of Thai tea. Did not find the spicy pork spicy although there are some spices of red peppers on the pork. Interesting slaw with a little refinery with its glass noodle like texture as a cabbage. The Mac noodles were large and flat which I really enjoyed and definitely savory."

"Excellent food and great packaging for delivery. when you have E13. Mulnengmyun / 물냉면 delivered remember you have to assemble it. My advice is to cut the noodles into quarters with scissors like the restaurant and then pour the cold broth over everything. You may have to massage the noodles to separate them ( I always do) but after soaking for a minute or two you can see it's ready to eat! The broth itself is delicious as a cool summer treat!"

"I'm convinced these reviewers have no clue how to order Korean food. I've lived in Seoul and in KoreaTown LA and this literally tastes so authentic, best Korean food I've had in Portland
The Yukgaejong was super flavorful beef was really tender, Sundubu was packed with veggies and meat. There was so much broth and it came piping hot despite a further delivery. The packaging was A-1, no spillage.
Oder the traditional Korean soups you guys! It was so much I spread the meals over 3 days. "
