"I had placed my DoorDash order around 11:50 AM. When I asked about it at 12:06 PM, I was told that the order was still in progress. I continued waiting until around 12:30 PM and made sure to stay near the employee wearing the bandana who was handing out online orders. I gave her my name and specifically mentioned that it was a DoorDash order.
At 12:30 PM, I finally went directly to the counter, and to my surprise, they already had my order ready. The order was supposed to be a hot sandwich, but because of the delay, I only had about 10 minutes left to eat it, so I had to eat it cold.
The person at the counter apologized and kindly gave me a cookie, which I appreciated. However, it was still disappointing to stand there waiting while other customers received their orders, only to find out that my order had already been sitting there."

I received 3 boxes with 4 Blueberry Pancakesin each. I got 12 pancakes! Id like to think if they see $30 in pancakes, from a customer who usually orders 3 single pancakes, id get a phone call or message. They have called me before on clarification of items. I passed the extra pancakes out to the people at the gazebo in center of town. So in the end i paid for 12 pancakes and still had to drive nearly to Jakes to donate the food. I know Jakes couldnt resell them but the error did feed 3 people that AM. Since Iwas given SO much syrup I added that, plates and some plastic cutlery I had. So I was charged $30 for the pancakes, was charged the door dash fee when i door dashed myself back to the gazebo but the pancakes we did eat were great, as ALWAYS. Today, I ordered from the Big Apple instead. "
