"The Mixed Grill is fantastic! If it's your first time having Turkish food and you don't know what to choose, the platter gives you a generous amount of the most popular meats in The Turk's repertoire, so you don't have to choose one and worry you might not like it as much as another (which I realized wasn't a problem after I had some because they were all delicious)
They also have an awesome host. I was picking my food up and he greeted me and let me know my food would be out in a couple minutes. He offered me Turkish tea (on the house!) and brought it out in a to-go cup for me to take in the car once my food was ready. While I sipped my tea and waited another customer came in to order food to go. The host helped the customer with figuring out what she wanted and since it was her first time, he gave her a dessert to take home and try, also on the house!

"The Food is decent. Portions are hefty, the food is pretty flavorful. I really only had 2 issues, I was in between 3 and 4 stars as a result. The price is a bit weird for what you get, it's a lot of filler. A LOT of filler. That's mostly ok, it's a decent bit of food, but it's mostly rice and salad. The real issue?
It's SO DRY. The salad is lightly dressed, the pita is cut into strips so you can't wrap the kebab in it, the rice is kinda dry (and honestly, bland), and there's this little ramekin of sauce that's supposed to salvage the whole thing. That ramekin is doing a lot of heavy lifting.
I'd probably give it 5 stars if it came with more sauce. As it is I'm about to whip up my own tzatziki to kinda bring this to life. Very heavily suggest asking for extra sauce. Mine's all gone and I still have half a pita and 42 pounds of rice to eat."

"In regards to the Spaghetti alla Carbonara:
It is 100% the AUTHENTIC Italian recipe; using eggs, guanciale (or pancetta in some regions), and Pecorino Romano (or Parmigiano-Reggiano, again, depending on region.) Just for that I want to give it 5-Stars because they're not lying, nor are they trying to pass off cream, boiled ham, peas, and whatever other abomination as "alla Carbonara." My only very *slight issue* is that there is nothing in it like scallions (green onions) to make the dish *POP*; so it was a tad bit on the bland side as far as taste. I'm not trying to be insulting, just giving fair feedback. You already won me over with being honest, so I'd give it a 4.75/5 Stars because I feel like it could use that extra layer of flavor, otherwise it was PERFECT! I would definitely order it again.

The Soprano pizza was disappointing as well. Mozzarella with very few tiny pieces of crumbled sausage along with broccoli rabe. The rabe was not sautéed in anything no olive oil or garlic rendering the pizza flavorless. I will take the leftovers and include seasoning and sauce sautéed garlic. This was an expensive meal to discard despite the disappointment. I did, however, enjoy the exceptional cannoli."

"I'm so glad Izla started making these bowls! I tried the falafel one too and it's spectacular! The chicken one is just as good. Every ingredient is so fresh- I honestly can't say enough about them. Please sell the sauces for both salads separately because I want them. The chicken was crispy and juicy. They give you SO much avocado and it is delish with the corn, beans, picked cucumber and tomatoes but the best part is the crispy fried onions. They're so juicy and not like the store bought ones. "The young lady behind the counter at pickup was so lovely, so I wanted to note that, but I was so disappointed with the food. The Belgian waffle had this plastic taste I'm not sure if it's the styrofoam container that made it that way, I didn't even want to finish it and I also ordered a slice of caramel cake on the side.. it tasted freezer burnt.
