Every aspect was spot on: The mix of breast and thigh meat on the chicken, laid with the skin up to stay crisp. The perfect amount of turmeric in the pickled veggies. The rice was subtly coconut flavored and cooked beautifully. The ribs smoked to perfection to become delicate but retain enough structure to stay on the bone. Surprisingly the cornbread was the star of the show...I'm so full but could crush 5 more pieces of that right now.
