"When I ordered the Berry Yogurt Parfait I thought it would have berries and granola, it does not! It's just frozen blueberries and Greek Yogurt. Not what I was thinking when I see a picture of berries and granola. I called the store to ask how the parfait comes to which he said they changed it and doesn't know why! If that is the case, then maybe they can change the name to blueberries and Greek Yogurt and not picture something that is not what youre going to get. If I misread something then I apologize. I also ordered the Banana Bread Oatmeal which I thought was made but it is not. The last time I ordered (1st time I ever ordered and this is the 2nd time) a quiche and it was supposed to come hot and it came right out of the fridge cold (new girl didnt know it was supposed to be hot). When I called the store to ask about that, there was someone there who rectified that one. This time I was again disappointed. I think I'm done ordering from there. "This a blt with extra meat. Yesterday (they are delicious) I ordered one and asked for turkey which I got at the expense of the bacon which I did not get. Can someone tell me if it's possible to get both meats?
I love the bagels here but I wish they wpukd either have designated sweet knives/savory knives. When you order a sweet bagel they often slice them with a knife used for cutting a savory bagel and the combination is terrible when you bite into the place where the sweet and savory (think garlic) mix. Anyway, I will likely order again, just making a suggestion!"
