I then shook the container to try and mix the sauce back onto the wings and that's when I learned their containers aren't sealed tight because sauce went everywhere. Even as I tried to mix my wings and sauce together, it was mixed with so much steam/water the sauce really thinned out. This is why they create to-go containers with vents. I love ale house but the mandarin location seems to be lacking lately.
