"I love that this place exists! It's so hard to find places around this area that actually offer quinoa bowls or a variety of veggies. The sweet potatoes and Brussels are delicious, and my personal favorite are the beets! It would be nice if we could add a sauce on the side to top it off, as a suggestion, and a bit more flavor in the tofu would be a nice addition as well. Otherwise, absolutely fantastic.
