I tried to order my bowl with extra rice because I added extra steak, because they don't allow you to add instructions on the app. When I received my bowl with only steak rice and cheese. There was so little cheese it was laughable. They lightly dusted the bottom of my bowl with rice and didn't make it proportional at all to what an 19 dollar dinner should be. Very disappointed in the lack of common sense and poor service regarding a proper working telephone. "
