I literally received half the food at a higher price. I wish I could I say this was a one off but every time I go to the one at Rutherford Crossing I'm disappointed. The chai pudding bowl was half full including the toppings. Usually it's full to the top of bowl with half chai pudding and half toppings making the space in the lid necessary. The Cesar wrap had half the chicken and filling (which for me is just Romain lettuce) and the lettuce wasn't as fresh. The smoothie was perfect! Which was was great! I used a coupon and added a bunch of things to it and it was great. I just won't be ordering food from that location any more."

"I have been to Backseat many times in person and was very excited to see it be added to the app. Their wings are the best in town and so are their cheese fries. Huge portions, you could easily share it or have plenty left over. I'm not sure if they do breakfast on DD during earlier hours, but I had their pancakes with sausage gravy in person once and it was probably the best breakfast I ever had. Sausage gravy is a hit or miss, and they never miss. Not sure if they'll stay on the app very long if it makes them too busy, but I was happy to be able to have their wings again sooner than I thought I would. I would highly recommend going in person as the environment is very nice and the food is fresher than delivered, but it was still very good delivered regardless. "The crepe dessert had a weird aftertaste on the top, sort of like it was prepackaged and I was tasting the plastic. Otherwise, it was good. The macaroons (supposed to be called macarons; macaroons are a coconut dessert) were definitely not recommended. Not only did we only receive 3 of them for $5 (the menu did not specify a quantity, flavors, or anything but showed a small pile of them for the image), they weren't very good.
