My favorites are the brisket and the pulled pork. But the ribs and hot links are good too. The brisket is a good combination of fatty and lean so it's not dry. And you can pretty much cut it with a fork because it is so tender. I typically eat it without any BBQ sauce and all the meats can stand on their own. I did try the Ghost BBQ sauce and it's good but it is definitely hot. This time I also purchased 1 lb. of the Smoked Brisket (a la carte), which I plan to use for meal prep.
