I always get the Spinach & Artichoke Soufflé too (unless it's sold out), and it honestly might be one of my favorite things to eat out of all food everywhere lol. It also warms up perfectly (I like to get an extra one to warm up later and it always tastes great).
Lastly, I get the Mango Smoothie and it is always *chefs kiss*. I think they use some type of yogurt in it and it pairs perfectly with the mango. So satisfying.

The #10 Warm Snow Crab Roll Meal had excellent flavor and the bread it was served in was soft and buttery making it a rich and delicious serving. "First and foremost, I want to recognize the big ole smiles I was greeted with when I walked through the doors. The vibes everyone was giving off, the decor, everything reminded me of Hawaii. "Wow we just gave the new Hummus Republic a try today for the first time and we were blown away with how fresh and delicious everything was!
The pita was the best I've ever had! It was jam packed, but thoughtfully so and structurally held up extremely well. The pita bread was soft and delicious. All of the veggies were fresh and tasty, the lamb and the harissa hummus were perfect.
We also ordered a bowl with the chicken shawarma which was also very good but we agreed the pita was the super star. We ordered the pita chips with 4 of the different hummus options and those were incredible. Absolutely loved the pita chips, the texture was 10/10, soft but crunchy with the za'tar seasoning, they were so good just on their own. Our favorite hummus was hands down the harissa flavor, as well as the original.
So happy to have Hummus Republic in Surprise! We desperately needed a delicious, fresh, healthy option out here and you hit all the marks and then some! Can't wait to go back again!"
