I wanted to share my disappointment with my recent order. I ordered the Steak Street Tacos through Uber Eats because I don’t have a vehicle, so delivery is my only option and it makes the meal significantly more expensive.
Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not match what I paid for. One of the tacos arrived with a large piece of the outer shell missing, as if it had been broken before it was packaged. Both tacos also contained only two or three very small pieces of steak, making them look almost empty. In addition, the sour cream that should have been included was completely missing.
I understand mistakes can happen, but after paying for the food, delivery fees, service fees, and a tip, I expected my order to be prepared with care. I’ve attached photos showing exactly how the tacos arrived.
I have always enjoyed Taco Bell, so I hope you’ll review this with the restaurant and help make this right. Thank you for your time."

"I did not enjoy the fried rice—it was overcooked to the point of being burnt, taking the term “fried” to a whole new level. The steak was extremely chewy and difficult to digest. The salad, however, was decent; the lettuce, carrots, and other vegetables were fresh. The dumplings were disappointing, as they were stuck together and made it hard to tell if I was eating one or three.
Finding the location was another challenge. The first gate was locked, and the second gate also required a code. I had to call the restaurant just to gain access. On a positive note, the portion sizes were generous. Unfortunately, based on the overall experience, I would not order again."

"The food is excellent and the flavor of the chicken basil was excellent — I requested mine prepared Thai-style with minced chicken (with extra chicken) and red Thai chilis) and the Jasmine rice was very fragrant and perfectly cooked. I ordered 2 Thai iced coffees but received 2 Thai iced teas instead. I ordered 2 chicken satay appetizers but only received 1. I ordered 2 additional sides of Thai peanut sauce but only received one. The chicken basil didn't appear to have extra chicken - again - but it was still excellent. I have requested Dash correct this by crediting my account. This is the second time in a row the orders have had issues, but they are one of the few Thai restaurants in the area, the only one who delivers for lunch. While I wasn't pleased with today's missing or replaced items, the flavor is consistently good. I did not report the previous order discrepancy... giving them the benefit of the doubt and letting it slide, but I did mention it in today's order that last time I didn't receive the extra chicken I paid for and asked that they see to it that it was prepared correctly today. Thai-style basil doesn't normally include vegetables (some prepare it with onion, at the very most, but normally just minced chicken, sauce, and fried basil), but their version includes onion, zucchinii, carrots, and broccoli, so perhaps it seemed sufficient to them, but, to me, it was still lacking a double order of minced chicken."
