On top of this, the number of condiments was not according per our request therefore we had a shortage of sauces even. Overall, we felt like it was wasted money on top of a "not-so-great experience" with this particular restaurant."

"Wow, great presentation an value. First time trying this place in my area, definitely will be eating from again. It looks just as good as it tastes, if not better. Perfect blend of creamy, cheesey, sweet, loaded frys, definitely some of THE BEST i've had. I got garlic butter and barbecue, 2 great tasting toppings, usually a huge barbecue fan but the garlic butter is chefs kiss !

I'm asking Door Dash for a dip cost refund. I also asked for utensils and napkins, but received neither. Food was delicious, but the bean serving is small (10 beans, some very short) for a very expensive price. Delicious, but IMHO, not a good value. The malts were good too, but much higher in cost than other places, so again, not the best value. I probably won't order again unless I am really craving Tempura Green Beans.
