The hot items were packaged together, and the cold items were packaged separately. The Loaded Jalapeño Whopper® was fixed correctly with the addition of pickles and onions as I requested. Everything arrived at the appropriate temperature. The order of french fries and onion rings were very fresh. Given today's experience, I will not hesitate in ordering again."

"The food itself was alright. I wasn't a fan of the mac. It was more milky than cheesy. Then the ribs had more bone than meat on them. If you look at the last pic, that's the thickness of 3 ribs compared to a bone. They were so skinny in fact, it felt like the meat going over the top and bottom of the bone was skin and the sides were the only meat on the ribs. The rib meat was literally as thick as the bone itself. It was also tough and dry. It's a shame though because the flavor was all there. There just was no meat. This usually doesn't happen at other locations but this one was disappointing."

"I recently decided to give your place a try for the very first time, and I was genuinely looking forward to it! I love discovering new spots, so I was excited to see what you had to offer.
Unfortunately, I have to be honest, my experience with the savory items was a bit of a letdown. My hot dog ended up being pretty bland, and I was really hoping for that chili kick – it felt like there was hardly any on it at all! Also, my onion rings seemed to have spent a bit too long in the fryer; they were quite overdone, which was a shame.
On a much brighter note, I have to give a shout-out to the cheesecake! That was absolutely delicious and definitely the highlight of my order.
However, considering the overall meal, I don't think I'll be ordering from you again in the future. I was really hoping for a different experience with the main dishes.
