"Hands down favorite Queso in town, I prefer the yellow/original. It has a smoky flavor, no meat in it. Their side fresca salsa (mild) has been my favorite for 30+ years, I recommend mixing in a bit of the side picante salsa (medium spicy) for the best blend. The picante has a hint of black pepper I believe.
The original rice you can order alone as a side or with meal and is amazing. It does not have traditional tomato flavor, it's more of a pilaf style, savory flavor topped with green onions and tomatoes. The regular refried beans have a nice flavor, maybe ham? not burnt, bland, dry or overseasoned. Sometimes I just order guacamole, rice, refried beans, queso, soft flour tortillas, salsa/picante, and a side of grilled veggies (squash, mushrooms, etc) and of course their chips. :)

Pork Bulgogi / 돼지불고기gi had a nice little spicy to it but nothing you can't handle if you can eat Cajun seasoning. The noodes were the N-1. Jajangmyun and it was a super large portion and the sauce almost melted in your mouth. I ordered all of this for me since I don't have any good Korean food from where I'm from and I'm so glad I have leftovers. "First time trying this restaurant and wow, I will be definitely be ordering from them again! Great food, excellent portions, reasonable prices. The Chicken Primavera was fantastic, plenty of olives and other veggies, chicken was cooked to perfection. The Asiago Spinach Chicken was equally well cooked and has an excellent cream sauce. The Chicken Alfredo was good but could have used a bit more cream as it tasted a bit more like cheesy pasta than tasting like an Alfredo sauce but still satisfied my picky eater so no complaints.
Lastly, their deserts were great! Especially the Dulce de Leche Bread Pudding! Wow, what a finisher to a great first dining experience with Oliveto. We also had Tiramisu which did not disappoint!
I am looking forward to trying out their other menu items and will be doing so in the not too distant future. "
