They were fairly delicious though. Again as far as like authentic latin maybe. I can not say for certain as I am Mexican and I have a certain expectation. This was much less filling and worth the money. For a burrito I would rather hit el rey burro in yelm, or even alibertos in lacey/olympia. It definitely was lackluster in its entirety. However!, The tortillas for the tacos, were the best I have had in WA so far. I will not be ordering them again but it is not bad, I looked into their location and the pics are very much an experience which may make the food issues i had be overlooked but i was eating this at my dinner table and found it lackluster. Nothing like ANY ceviche I've ever had. The burrito, which was SUPPOSED TO BE carne asada, with guacamole for an additional $3 was a giant blob of rice, mushrooms and spinach in a tortilla. Not a SPECK of meat NOR guacamole to be seen. The only decent item, was the Huara CHON. Though, the fried masa it was on was hard as a rock, the meat and pico, beans and guac were actually fairly tasty. We paid over SIXTY dollars for this meal. Which, had the portions been decent and the food done AS ORDERED... would have been worth it. It WAS NOT. In fact, I can't even see paying $20 for what we received. I don't usually give bad reviews, I have to be EXTREMELY disappointed to do so. I AM BEYOND EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. WE WONT BE BACK."

"I would call this decent texmex. the ala Camarones Ala Diabla wasn't spicy to me but it has great flavor. the portions are a little over 1 meal size for us, with the generous portions of rice and beans. the small Super Nachos was a little over a meal for one person. Tacos Al Carbon had good flavor but the steak was mostly cartilage in our dish which is the reason for the decent rather than good texmex. a little spendy but it may be cheaper in the actual restaurant."
