Personally, I'd like to see a version without the mini-chocolate chips--these are perfect and really do not require the gilding of the chocolate chips--they could only be perfectly perfect without the chips! We like the small cannoli (same wonderful flavor, crisp shell, and perfectly textured creamy, full-bodied ricotta cheese filling). But, with the smaller size: less guilt!
