"We love love love Himalaya! My husband almost always gets the Spicy Madras Chicken . It is REALLY spicy. (I used to get the madras vegetables but after having surgery last fall, the spice is too much for me.) So now I get either the Veggie Tikka Masala or the Veggie Korma, both of which are delicious. Our teen daughter (who is pretty particular about food and has food allergies) has fallen in love with the Tofu Tikka Masala. I usually steal some from her because I love it too and the flavor of the tikka masala sauce is a little bit different than the veggie version. Our fave appetizers are the Aloo Tikka and the Veggie Pakora. I'm vegetarian and both my daughter and I are gluten-free and Himalaya is always able to accommodate us with delicious food. "
