"I arrived at my hotel late at night with food on the mind. Found this restaurant and chose dishes I'm familiar with. The Black Bean Box with shanghai noodles was flavourful and housed a great serving of vegetables. The shrimp in this dish was a bit underwhelming in flavour (I think they'd only been steamed and not seasoned), but the dish was otherwise fresh and tasty. The Wor Wonton Soup was hot and I was impressed with the amount of wontons in the soup. The broth I found to be a bit bland for my taste, but by adding one of the two provided packets of soya sauce to the soup, the flavour came through deliciously. Again, a good dose of veggies in this dish as well as a variety of meats (shrimp, beef, etc.). Overall, I was satisfied with my order and, if in a similar pinch, I would order this again."

"The black garlic ramen was bland and too salty, with very little of the promised vegetables. I found it really weird they use chow mein noodles instead of ramen noodles. Save your $26 (!) and wait until you are in Vancouver for a good black garlic ramen. The rice was also bland and the portion was small. Overall, very disappointing meal."

"The A3. Prawn Salad Roll is just okay. I've ordered it multiple times, but it's not my favourite. The peanut sauce just tastes like peanut butter, and the rolls are mostly iceberg lettuce, no bean sprouts or interesting filling. This time they were wrapped pretty messily, too and there was other food residue on the outside of the rolls, like they were made on a dirty cutting board or cut with a dirty knife. Still, I'll probably order them again. The E1. Vietnamese Iced Coffee is also not the best I've had, but it's good. Not sure if it's worth $7, but it's good. Overall average in flavour and quality. The biggest thing I'd wish they'd change is the peanut sauce, because it's the least favourite of any peanut sauce I've had anywhere."
