I'm from south jersey/philly area so I grew up on the cheesesteaks and while TikTok had me come to this shop it's their terrible food that has me leaving. Salty, terrible bread, 12"? More like 6". Why are you salting the food so heavily?! It's inedible! Do not waste your time coming here...it's not worth it. "All the food was great. The Clam Chowder was a great way to start the meal. It isn't thick so it doesn't fill you up. The Corn (2) had the Crabboat Signature Seasoning. It could have used a little more flavor but it was still pretty good. The medium spice level was just right as well. The Fried Shrimp Basket (15) w Fries (Cajun) was a decent entree. The shrimp was lightly breaded and the portion of Cajun fries was larger than expected. The Sweet Potato Fries were a great side with a little cup of honey as a sweet treat. The Hush Puppies (10) were the reason I went to the Crabboat. They were good as well. I'm glad I only ordered one of them."

The food is fresh, flavorful, arrived fairly fast.
The only thing we don't like is the loaded fries. They seem like they were left under a heat lamp. The cheese was overcooked, dry, rubbery.
Everything else is delicious and perfect.
One tip! The chickens trips, use a mixing bowl and shake them up! THEN box so you don't have a huge mess in the box, and you don't have to sweat the fries getting soggy.
It looks like the strips are made then the sauce is poured over them. The sauce should be mixed on BEFORE boxing, and if you're doing it right, the sauce should be baked on.
Nevertheless the food is better than it's been in YEARS. And we love the new boxes and portions. <3."
