The hot mama (I think that's what it was called) has the worst texture of filling. And the hot sauce is so overpowering. You'd think they would drizzle it on. No, it was lopped on. However, I did not get the smokey Wood-Fired "flavor" that I expect from a wood-fired cook. The dressing is rich which I liked, especially the parmesan cheese inside as I can't get enough cheese. It's a bit on the vinegar-y side, but once the chicken is added, it blends together perfectly."
