"These guys are normally on point all the time but I don't know; today everything tasted a bit off. Nothing was hot for starters which was slightly frustrating. Chips were nice and well salted but only the top ones. Bottom ones were bland and tasted like they were in old oil.
Kebab was bland too. Meat tasted old and re-heated and I didn't order double meat so I was surprised by how much was in there. If it had been hot and fresh that would be a positive but it also meant I couldn't taste much of the other toppings. Could also barely taste the garlic sauce.
Hoping this was just a one off and a me thing.

"The Hot Chips were honestly the best Hot Chips my husband and I have ever had from anywhere. So so so good. The Full Salad Sandwich was just that....FULL....I had to eat it over 2 sittings because it was so big and full haha. "Got our standard Pack A order. It's always enough to feed 3 adults with enough left over for a lunch the next day. Dim sim and spring roll recipes seem to have changed for the better as well. Delicious!"
"Satay sauce tastes good but everything else was gross.
Every second piece of sweet and sour pork was spat out because it was pure fat/gristle and had a really thick batter. Took off all the batter to find a 1cmx1.5cm piece of pork. The sauce tasted bland and from a jar.
Fried rice tasted okay at first but became gross after a few mouthfuls. Tasted mainly like oil and the flame so it became too much.
Spring rolls were mushy inside and had a weird flavour I can't pinpoint. Doesn't taste like spring rolls I've had from any other Chinese take away. Dim Sims were soft rather than crunchy, and were cold in the middle.
Portions were good for the price but the taste and texture was awful apart from the satay. We couldn't have more than a few bites so everything but the satay went into the bin.
Wouldn't buy again."
