The boil and seasonings were too much for the dungeonous crab and the lobster imo. But the snow crab and the shrimp were FAB and handled the preparation perfectly. I'm not sure what the purpose of the egg is but it was good and had a creamy texture and absorbed the boil seasoning well.
All in all I enjoyed my 1st boil experience and will definitely be back for 2nds of snow crab and shrimp. Oh... the goons were GREAT also! Very creamy and flavor"
