I would assume they were probably out of the meat however no one reached out to substitute the order. And if the main protein you're charging $20 for is unavailable, you should just cancel the order. This was a late night order and as nothing else was open, we did decide to try it. It was incredibly bland, flavorless and had barely any filling in the burrito. The salsa tasted like the one you get in lunchables nachos. The potatoes were both mushy and undercooked. All around bad food and two genuinely terrible experiences."
