They have become our favorite Mexican spot in two orders. Chipotle Chicken Enchiladas were absolutely the best Enchiladas... cook, sauce, flavor. Followed up with the Poblano Enchiladas which were phenomenal and this is coming from a "meat only" preference for entrees. The Barracho Shrimp Tacos were also fantastic.
