"I'm a vegan and, through a comedy of errors, ended up stranded in Anaheim after a day at a NAMM show - and in a hotel room overnight. "Oh wow!! I ordered the chicken soup and a skewer of the ribeye shishkabab cubes. The rib-eye is the BEST ribeye I've had in I don't know when!! Perfectly cooked, and SO tender!! I didn't even need a knife to cut it. The seasoning and charbroiled flavor are out of this world!!! Next time I want a steak, I'm ordering the ribeye kebabs from here. Seriously, I thought it was as good as any steak house.
The chicken soup is equally delicious and filling. I love the seasonings in it and it's creamy but not thick. LOTS of chicken in it too. This is enough for leftovers for another meal---they give you four pieces of ribeye and it's very juicy. Well, for me anyway. LOL! "Mushroom Shawarma Rice Bowl (Vegan) more like a bowl with canned vegetables. it may look good especially on the picture, but I was beyond disappointed. mushrooms were overly salty (and again, canned mushrooms or at least the texture was that), corn was supposed to be roasted but it wasn't. White rice when picture clearly shows some kind of yellow rice (could have been maybe turmeric or saffron or something). I would advise against ordering this item, maybe at $5 but not $20. I never leave bad reviews like ever so bear that in mind. Also my Pita Chips & Hummus pita was stale and hard to eat."

I am Iranian and I do not recommend the fesenjan. It's tart, a little watery. Tadig was covered in sesame seeds and was not fond of that. Go to restaurant that focuses on only Persian food if you are looking to have any dish that isn't kabob."

"I have ordered the chicken shawarma sandwich and the beef shawarma sandwich, both on pita. Both were INCREDIBLE (chicken was my favorite)!! Super flavorful, lots of meat + other fillings but still well balanced, and the portions are fantastic. You definitely get your money's worth. I think about that chicken sandwich all the time, it was so damn good. And such a good price for what you get. I also recommend getting the side order of fries and a drink, as it's cheaper than getting the fries by itself + the portion of fries is pretty big. The sauces on the side were also so delicious (that garlic sauce is SO garlicky and yummy, + the tzatziki and chili sauce are also bomb. The tahini was good but not as flavorful as the other sauces.
