"I’m sorry to say this because I used to love this place, but my recent order was really disappointing. One of my favorite items, the cornbread soufflé, wasn’t available, which was a letdown right from the start. Instead, I ordered the sampler appetizer and the BBQ sampler for one.
The Texas Lollipops were very dry and nothing special. I was excited to try the mac and cheese egg rolls, but they were soggy rather than crispy and tasted like they came straight from the freezer. They also had a strange flavor that I didn’t enjoy at all.
The potato skins were okay, and the onion rings were decent but could have been crispier. The fries were just average. For a place like this, I expected fresh-cut fries, but these definitely didn’t seem fresh.
The biggest disappointment was the BBQ. The ribs were extremely overcooked, dry, and barely had any sauce on them. The brisket was okay, and the fried chicken was okay, but neither stood out.
Overall, this place has definitely gone downhill since the last time I visited years ago. There is a lot of room for improvement. I’m thankful I got a deal on this order because I would have been extremely disappointed if I had paid full price."

"This was not my first, second, or third time experiencing bb.q. Waiting on a large sample size to quantify my opinions regarding this establishment, I feel like I have reached a somewhat objective viewpoint to leave a review. My normal 'grub' consists of the crispy chicken club (no tomatoes) and some waffle fries. First off, the portion sizes are very good, especially for the price. The chicken also always comes still quite crispy, and moist like a perfectly baked cake. The waffle fries don't retain quite peak crisp and warmth, but they are definitely tasty, and I've been known to eat a whole order (although it's easily big enough to share!). I will continue to frequent this restaurant as long as I live... live close to it at least. Never disappoints"

"The food was alright but I definitely wont be eating from here again in my opinion this place is on par with fastfood and wouldn't really recommend any of the items I had. I ordered the Hot Pretzels and while the pretzels were fine they didnt provide any of the cheese sauce which was a let down since otherwise I wouldn't have ordered them since it's just plain pretzels. The TEXAS SLIDERS also are alright but you dont taste the meat since it's overpowered by bbq sauce but for 12$ its a good price. The FUGGEDABOUTIT FRIES I personally wouldn't recommend them as for when I got them there were drenched in oil and there was a pool of oil resonating at the bottom and it was overwhelming with the amount of oil that I could take a few bites and it made the fries pretty soggy which isnt ideal especially when ordering food for delivery.
