"The size and flavor of the celebration cake is buttery, sweet, and impeccable. The red velvet cake unfortunately was really dry which is unusual because it has always been VERY moist coming from a patron of over 13 years to their California locations. It must have been an off day at the bakery.
The strawberry cupcake is creamy, tangy, with a hint of strawberry. I purchased two of the strawberry, one coconut, and one raspberry limited time offer cupcake in the 4 Box Cupcake Assortment. The presentation of them didn't have the signature Susie cakes look of carefully decorated nearly smoothed frosting.
While the vanilla layer cake was delicious, overall a majority of the cakes/cupcakes were dry instead of the moist cakes I have come to know and love.
I still recommend ordering from Susie cakes but it'd behoove you to go in person for fresh items. I think the door dash orders get day old or older items."

"Oh my god this place is so good- I am floored! Honestly only decided to order from here because it was late and pretty much everything else was closed besides fast food. They only have deserts and tea/coffee, but I had a sweet tooth so I gave it a shot. The strawberry crepe was a beautiful work of art with chocolate swirls and it tasted phenomenal too. Not too heavy or sweet with just the right amount of everything. Not a traditional crepe that I think of but nonetheless amazing and I ate every bite. The mint tea was something I added on to make my total get to the promo minimum but I'm glad I did it was very full and not watery and thin like some teas are. The tea paired well with the crepe. I haven't tried the espresso shot yet but I'm hoping it'll be just as good as the rest of my order. 10/10 would recommend for anyone craving a yummy treat at a very reasonable price. "

I think those other 5 star reviews are fake, there is just no way anyone could give this place a 5 star rating. Oh the salad looks nothing like the picture, it's basically lettuce and one tomato.
