"I'll admit it. I tried to cancel my order from Pasta Americana but I had waited too long. I'd never heard of the restaurant before I found them on DoorDash. I'm very picky when it comes to salmon. The packaging of my dish was so elegant. I opened the recyclable air tight container and that was it. I'm now a firm believer in love at first bite. I took a swipe of mashed potato, punctured a juicy mushroom, and flaked a piece of the moist, perfectly pink salmon upon my fork.
