The mushrooms seemed to be whole canned mushroom slices marinated with some kind of slimy onion slices. The rice was also weird. I liked the whole peas and carrot cubes, but the rice had a strong Worcestershire flavor, not something I would've expected. Worse, it was served in a pre-portioned plastic tray with small wells for the rice and beans, which means you get less than the customary 4 oz. side portion of each.
