"Build-your-own Burrito very good!! burrito was filled nicely and well balanced. the outer shell was crisped and didn't break open. the salsa Verde that came with the meal had a lovely tang to it, and the meat in the burrito was juicy, well seasoned, and had a nice level of spice to it. this is probably going to be my go-to order from now on"
"I ordered the chicken tenders with Chicken Tenders & Fries. They were delicious. They served with a generous full size meal for a low price. Yes, I will definitely return to this restaurant in the near future."

"Best Mexican we have had since moving here from California!! Great service from the restaurant. Disappointed in the quantity of rice and beans in the Burrito Dinners. I believe we received about 2 tablespoons of each. that was the only thing that took the shine off."

"Our meals tasted great! We ordered the big breakfast and the 2 eggs w/ your choice of meat and it comes with hash browns. We also ordered 2 orders of cinnamon swirl French toast 1 w/eggs & 1 w/2 sausage. The eggs & sausage was cooked perfect. The Cinnamon French toast was so delicious!! Their homemade cinnamon swirl bread is what they use to make the French toast and it is the best cinnamon bread I've ever had! But the hash browns could have been cooked a little longer. The portions were on the small side especially for the price but it all tasted super great! And for me that makes up for the size. Quality over quantity. I do wish they sold waffles and strawberries to go on top I love topping strawberry typing on my pancakes, my waffles, and French toast and I wish they sold a side of whole strawberries. This is my new favorite Coney Island."
"This restaurant is the BEST Coney Island in Washtenaw County, maybe even the Lower Eastern Michigan area. They have almost ALWAYS made my food above expectations and to perfection. No matter what you order from them, you won't be disappointed. 💖🍴🤤🥤

"Tasty, but didn't seem like much food for the money."
"Price unjustified. Burrito was smaller, less tasty and pricier than at Benny's.Toast was the cheap kind, not thick like Angelo's toast.
According to this restaurant, a Classic Breakfast Burrito has no bacon in it??? Nah nah nah, y'all just cheapo.
You can get better for cheaper at Angelo's, Achilles, or Benny's.
If this place wants to survive in Ann Arbor, I suggest it lower the price of every single item by at least two dollars. "

"The food from here is very good, ingredients are clearly high quality. However I will say that due to this restaurant not accepting dash pass I don't think it's worth the expense for ordering delivery. The prices per menu item are higher on DoorDash plus a $6.99 delivery fee AND a $4 DoorDash fee plus additional taxes and fees it is just wayyy to expensive for breakfast food. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I would recommend eating in person or doing pick up. "
"i love anna's house for many reasons, but a major one is how vegan friendly this place is. they have an entire vegan menu full with both savory and sweet options. for a restaurant that also serves meat and dairy, that's impressive and considerate.
i love many of their vegan items, but their Vegan Silver Dollar Pancakes are definitely something i would get again. i received 3 large pancakes and i specifically added fruit. the only con is that the strawberries were too ripe and on the verge of spoiling. they were so soft that they had no texture :(. i would also request more syrup next time too."

"Bacon temptation omelette is by far the tastiest savory breakfast on the menu! 10/10. All fire. White cheese sauce is superb and takes it to the next level. Huge portion size of the omelette. Pair it with hash browns and you'll be feasting like royalty."
"Ordered Jalapeño Kick burger without tomato, bacon and mayo. Got burger with extra mayo, tomato and bacon instead. Spinach & Mushroom Omelette was over salted. Chicken Florentine Crepes were delicious. Jr. Cupcake Pancake arrived dry. Only good thing was our food arrived hot, or still frozen in the case of the House-Made Milkshakes. This is the second time half our order has been messed up. Probably not going to order from this location again."

"Grilled Pork Chops thin center cut with bone. grilled and NOT dry. mild seasoning, canned corn, instant potatoes that were decent. "food was great, tasted authentic! order was prepared exactly as requested and they kept my alllergies in mind. the Beef Soup aka caldo de res was awesome! tortillas from the 3 Tacos Meal tasted homemade. awesome! :) "
"I would not recommend this place for value or comforting flavor. I got the 2 Tacos Meal which was $16. That's $16 for two tacos and some beans and rice. It's extra to pick meat for the 2 Tacos Meal, so I tried the frijolitos negros y mushrooms al pastor. The frijolitos were OK, nothing special but nothing bad. The mushrooms seemed to be whole canned mushroom slices marinated with some kind of slimy onion slices. The rice was also weird. I liked the whole peas and carrot cubes, but the rice had a strong Worcestershire flavor, not something I would've expected. Worse, it was served in a pre-portioned plastic tray with small wells for the rice and beans, which means you get less than the customary 4 oz. side portion of each. I would not pickup or order from this place again, especially with all the better options in the area."

"Absolutely delicious!!! Authentic in every way. The birria broth was clearly made by someones Great Grandma from Mexico. The depth of flavor & layers is something to shed tears over. They even take the extra effort to pickle the onions so they dont overwhelm the other flavors that are mindfully added. I want this to go viral, people need to know how good this is. A hidden gem for sure. $32 seems steep for a pizza, but this is NOT a pizza. This is a family meal. Easily feed 4 adults. This is the best mexican food Ive had in Michigan. Ive been looking, and finally...I FOUND IT!"
"Sooo delicious! The meat was soft like it was slow cooked and the sauce was so good. The Quesabirria Combo was not your average! The side salsas were spicy and flavorful. Came so fast! Highly recommend and will be reordering."

"As someone originally from San Diego, I’ve had my fair share of amazing Mexican food, and finding something that compares to the vibrant food culture back home has always been a challenge. That is, until I discovered Taqueria La Marqueza in Ypsilanti, Michigan. This place is, hands down, the best Mexican food in town—and it’s not even close.
The recent renovations have transformed the space into a more comfortable and spacious dining experience, with additional seating available, but it still retains the cozy, authentic vibe that makes it feel like you’re stepping into a local taqueria in Mexico.
If you're a fan of crispy, flavorful tacos, you absolutely must try their Tacos Dorados. These rolled tacos are out of this world—crispy, packed with tender filling, and topped with just the right amount of fresh ingredients and salsas. It's a dish that immediately takes you back to the best taquerias in California.
The Carne Asada Quesadilla is another standout. The meat is perfectly seasoned and grilled, and the cheese is gooey, melty, and indulgent—every bite is packed with flavor. The quesadilla itself is a thing of beauty: not too greasy, just the right amount of crispy, and filled with the perfect balance of ingredients.
What really sets Taqueria La Marqueza apart is the authenticity. Every dish feels like it’s made with care, using quality ingredients and traditional methods that you can taste in every bite. Whether you’re enjoying tacos, quesadillas, or one of their other delicious offerings, you can be sure you're getting the real deal.
The staff is always friendly, and while the restaurant is small, the recently expanded seating area means it’s much more comfortable for dining in. The food is reasonably priced for the quality, and the portions are generous.
If you’re in Ypsilanti and craving authentic Mexican food, Taqueria La Marqueza is a must-visit. It’s not just the best in town—it’s a slice of true Mexican flavor that rivals anything you’d find in Southern California. I can’t recommend it enough!"
"I ordered the torta de asada, an 8-ounce guacamole, and a chicken tamale.
Chicken Tamale: The tamale was a bit dry on the outside, but it was well-salted. I wish it had a little more of a kick because the masa was really the only flavor that came through. The chicken could have used more seasoning or spice to balance everything out.
Guacamole: Unfortunately, the guacamole was disappointing. It was very watery and had a consistency closer to pico de gallo mixed with avocado salsa than traditional guacamole. For the price, you’re probably better off buying premade guacamole from the grocery store.
Torta de Asada: This was easily the highlight of my order! The torta was really good and tasted much closer to authentic Mexican flavors. One thing I’ve noticed at Mexican restaurants farther north is the tendency to incorporate Tex-Mex-style seasonings, so I appreciated that this torta didn’t have that flavor profile. The meat was flavorful, and the torta wasn’t pellejuda (tough or chewy), which was a plus. I was surprised, though, that the salsa wasn’t included. Most taquerias it's normal to provide it with your order, which I thought was the case, but the additional charge is indeed if you want salsa, which I found interesting.
Overall: If you’re craving a good torta, I’d definitely recommend giving this place a try. The torta alone would bring me back, but I’d skip the guacamole next time. The tamale was okay, so if you're really craving it and don't like spice, I'd also recommend!"

"Chori-fries were out of this world, the queso and chorizo blend perfect with the fries that were soft and tasty!
Burrito California was HUGE! and delicious. Veggies inside cooked perfectly with the steak.
Portions are great for the price and the quality matches with the high ratings. My wife and I are very impressed.
Things of note for any picky eaters, the queso blanco is delicious but has a little kick from I believe Jalapeño
and the veggies inside the California burrito are on the larger baton cut size.
12/10 recommend for any who enjoy good food 😋"
"I would definetly order again!they followed modification instructions perfectly for my nachos texanos and Rice. The Burritos (2) were delicious. The Beans had a slight kick for anyone sensative to spicey dishes but they were still delicious. Also the price for the amount of food was 10/10,I have left over nachos for 2 more meals."

"The people here are very kind. greeting you in and sayin goodbye out. I like the Bowl I feel like it's worth it when they are bogo maybe not on it's own with door dash prices. I do like their burritos better but the calorie deficit and portions is nice with a bowl. Salsa Verde is 10/10 and moes sauce taste like a better taco bell chipotle sauce. I would buy a bottle if I could."

"I have literally never tasted better Guacamole from any other restaurant. I'm not even exaggerating. It's almost paste like in consistency and not spicy at all. Which is just the way I prefer.
Ive also never gotten a bad order from this restaurant and that's coming from someone that's been eating here for years."
"The fajitas are good with nice big chunks of chicken, onion and tomato. It comes with mushrooms and green peppers too but I don't like them so I had them left out. They don't give you a lot of sour cream or other accompaniments for more than two fajitas though so be prepared to add some from your own stock.
I ordered cheese dip this time too which I supposed to come with chips and salsa but they didn't include th salsa. The cheese is good but a very small serving for the money.
The chips are good and fresh."
