My son took a bite and his was sherbet—which isn’t ice cream. An odd substitution to make but we thought ok we’ll just go back in and tell them we want to swap it. After getting inside I checked mine and it was chocolate, which I cannot eat. So I asked to swap mine for a non chocolate option like what I’d originally ordered. The girl got a bit snippy/huffy with us after that. But if they have to make substitutions they need to do better about reaching out to the customer to make them aware; if they can’t reach them then they should wait for them to come inside and inquire face to face. Barring those options, if you’re going to make a swap, make it a SIMILAR item; don’t change dairy for non-dairy or fruit for candy, etc. People have allergies, intolerances and preferences to consider. "The latte I ordered and some of the donuts weren't available. Luckily I had a friendly dasher who reached out to me. The latte I ended up getting was so light colored im not sure it even had coffee in it. Super frustrating when it was the main reason for my order. The donuts just looked sad. "

"I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese Everything Bagel with cream cheese, but the amount of cream cheese was so overwhelming to the point that was all I could taste and I ended up tossing the majority of the bagel. The bacon wasn't the best quality, either. The packaging was excellent and it is a good size bagel, much worth the price compared to other local places. I ordered in person twice before and had a great experience, though the wait time is very long especially considering there is nowhere to sit or shaded areas. I'm hoping this was a one time occurrence, but I highly doubt I'll order again from here via DoorDash since it's more expensive compared to going in person and there is no guarantee it will be satisfactory."
