I got a Fish Plate Lunch with some French Fries . And it was so much food I needed an hour or longer to eat. I was worried that catfish with rice could soak up some moisture, but the catfish wasn't soggy at all! In fact, the crispy (even crunchy) breading was better than any fried fish I've had lately. A (slightly) spicy, seasoned crispy outside that had a beautiful combination of flavors. Aaa. It was so good y'all.
