"The old was old but other than that it was okay. "I'm so glad I just discovered this restaurant. That was hands down the best Cheesesteak I've eaten in Indiana. The meat was tender & well seasoned; the bread was thin, yet soft, warm and delicious. Plus the peppers and onions I had on mine... oof. Just a nice, firm sandwich that held together well; no grease soaking through the buns. I was stoked that it doesn't arrive drowning in grease like many other spots. Just a firm, hot sub with a generous portion of steak on a perfectly sized bun. Their "always-fresh" approach to food prep stands out among any other fastfood place in Anderson. 5/5 stars for that reason.
